July - September

Temperatures are on the rise during these months with highs in the 80s and sometimes soaring into the low 90s. The chance of hurricanes is higher this time of year, however hotels offer some of their best deals during this time. There are fewer travelers on the island leaving the beaches, pools, attractions, and restaurants pretty much empty for you to enjoy. July brings the daily afternoon thunderstorms, but they don’t last long and many celebrations take place during this month including the popular Loiza Carnival.
